Any item you purchase from us should be wonderful but sometimes things happen and mistakes are made.  Please keep in mind that Natural Gemstones are not always exactly alike, and will have small inclusions because they come from Mother Earth.

 
If you receive an item from us that is not as described, defective (unless otherwise stated) please contact us and we will, within reason be happy to exchange, fix it, or work something out so we can keep you as a valuable customer.
